To set a new password for your PowerPlay account, please ensure it adheres to the following criteria for maximum security:
Length: Between 8 and 10 characters.
Alphabetic Character: At least one letter.
Numerical Character: At least one number (0-9).
Special Character: At least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*()) but no spaces.
Avoid using:
Your first or last name.
The first part of your email address before the @ symbol.
Any previously used password.
If your current password exceeds 10 characters, only enter the first 10 characters when prompted for your “Current Password”. Remember, our security system is case-sensitive, so the case of each letter in your new password matters.
It is very important that you never share your password or leave your computer unattended when you are logged into your account.
