If you have forgotten your PowerPlay account password, please select the "Reset Password" option located on the top right of the main page.
First, type in the registered email address and your DOB (Date of Birth) and hit "Reset Password".
For your security, a new temporary password is created for your account. The temporary password is emailed to your registered email address. It may take up to 30 minutes to receive your temporary password email. If you do not receive the temporary password in your inbox, please check the “Spam” and “Trash” or “Junk” folders. Alternatively, please contact us via Live chat or email at support@powerplay.com so we can help.
Once you have your temporary password, please return to the site and use your registered email address and temporary password to log in. Once you have logged in, please create a new permanent password.
