MuchBetter Payment App Information

The MuchBetter payment App is an e-wallet that you can use to deposit to Powerplay. You can fund your Much better e-wallet from a variety of different methods, such as credit card, direct from your bank account or by using cryptocurrency.

 

Once you have funded your MuchBetter wallet use the following process to make a deposit to Powerplay.

1. Select MuchBetter as your payment method.

2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and the mobile phone number you used to register with MuchBetter.

3. This will prompt a message to you via the MuchBetter App requesting to authorize the funds to PowerPlay.

4. Click 'yes' to authorize the payment and the money will deposit into your PowerPlay account.

 

Please note that you may be asked to confirm whether the transaction is being used for gaming purposes. Please click 'No' to ensure the payment goes through. 
 

The deposit time is instant. Withdrawal times may vary, depending on the payment method used it can take from 30 min to 5 business days.
 

If your deposit fails, then it may be for one of the following reasons:


-  There are insufficient funds in your MuchBetter account to fund the deposit amount you entered on the PowerPlay deposit screen. 

-  The phone number you entered on the PowerPlay deposit screen is different from the one registered to your MuchBetter account.

-  The phone number you entered on the PowerPlay deposit screen is from a country restricted by PowerPlay see section  2.1.3 https://www.powerplay.com/terms-and-conditions/
