How do you verify my account?

As part of the withdrawal process, we check if your account is set up with the correct information, and that you are registering from a country that we are permitted to operate in. In addition, at the first pay out all customers will be directed to verify the account via this link https://www.powerplay.com/withdraw/. You must successfully complete the verification process in order to proceed with your withdrawal request. The account verification can be done via a mobile device or desktop. To complete the account verification, please have the following required documents at hand: A valid picture identification; Proof of address not older than three (3) months. During the verification process, the system will take a selfie of you. If you do not have a camera on your desktop device, you may switch at any time to a mobile device. Once your account is successfully verified, you can submit your withdrawal. If applicable, we may ask for additional 'Know your customer" (KYC) information to determine your identify.
