PowerPlay is required by law to request a one-time submission and process of the following documents in order to start the withdrawal process.
A player can submit the following documents:
- A Clear picture of your valid Driver’s License, I.D or Passport (Front and Back)
- A Clear ‘selfie’ holding that valid Driver’s License, I.D. or Passport in hand
- Proof of Address:
A copy of utility bill (Water or Electric) or bank statement (omitting statements if needed, but showing name, address, and bank name), a Medical bill or Medical insurance information, a property receipt, lease or rental agreement, a permanent residence card, or other government documentation showing the date (must not be older than 3 months), address, and name of the player.
Once the documents have been reviewed and confirmed by Management, the player's withdrawal process will begin.
