What is our Customer complaint procedure?

  1. If you are upset or concerned about any aspect of your experience with PowerPlay then please contact us via Live chat or email at support@powerplay.com. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint.
  2. If you are still dissatisfied then you can ask for the issue to be escalated as a 'formal complaint' to our management team and they will commit to responding within 72 hours. When doing so, it will be helpful to give us much detail as possible as to where and how our actions have contravened our website Terms and Conditions.
  3. If you are still dissatisfied with the resolution offered by our management team then you can submit an Alternative Dispute Resolution form with Curacao Interactive Licensing authority (CIL)"
